Can I promote a product that's already listed?
Yes. Select it from your dashboard when you purchase a promotion.
What happens when my promotion ends?
Your product listing remains published. The first-card, homepage, Launches, and product-page placements end with the promotion period.
Do I need to submit my product first?
Promotion includes product submission. If your product isn't listed yet, we'll create the listing as part of the process.
Can I extend my promotion?
Yes. You can purchase another run from your dashboard before or after the current one ends.
What's the refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if the promotion hasn't started. Once placements are live, promotion fees are non-refundable.
Where will my promoted product appear?
Promoted products can appear as the first card in product lists, in the homepage marquee, and in three-item sidebars on the homepage, Launches, and product pages. The list selects one promoted product per request; each sidebar randomly selects three. Promoted cards open the corresponding SimilarLabs product page.
