All agents operate with human-in-the-loop control: AI completes draft work, and your team reviews, approves, and makes all final decisions. The system never sends emails on your behalf, and every AI output is fully auditable. Agents flag gaps or uncertain points instead of guessing, to maintain the strict accuracy requirements for procurement documents shared with external vendors.

Native Tool Integration

Caddygo does not force users to learn new standalone software. It is embedded directly inside the tools your team already uses:

• Google Workspace ecosystem: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive You can toggle between the two ecosystems in the top navigation to match what different members of your team use, with no separate workflow required. Context switching between separate procurement platforms and regular work tools is eliminated.

Deployment and Setup

Administrators can complete full organization setup in around 15 minutes. Setup steps include selecting your preferred LLM provider, configuring permission levels for team members, and defining tool connection settings. Individual users only need to install the Chrome extension, link their work account, and activate Caddygo inside their existing browser tabs.

Security and Data Handling

Caddygo processes all user documents in isolated encrypted environments, with encryption applied both at rest and in transit. User content is never used to train base AI models. All data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt. The platform is GDPR compliant, with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications in progress. Caddygo only requests minimal, narrow permission scopes for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts to complete its tasks, and users can disconnect their accounts or erase all stored data at any time.

Pricing Model
