Core Operation Model
Every tool in CapyToolkit runs fully locally in your browser using native browser APIs. No file, text input, or keystroke you enter into any tool is transmitted to an external server. This eliminates all data privacy risks associated with pasting sensitive content like API tokens, PII data, or internal work documents into remote online tools.
All tools open instantly in a browser tab with no cold start, no hydration delay, and no API round trip. You can open a tool, use it, and close the tab without creating an account, agreeing to a terms update, or encountering a paywall. The platform has no rate limits, no forced upgrades to pro tiers, and all current released tools are 100% free to access.
An optional Microsoft Store version of CapyToolkit is available for installation on Windows devices. Installed versions cache the full suite of tools locally, so they remain fully functional even when you are offline, on a restricted corporate network, or in a location with no internet access.

Hardware & Display Diagnostics
This 6-tool set can only operate correctly when run directly on the end user's hardware, no remote server can access these local device signals: dead pixel and flicker test suite for monitors; mouse polling rate and input lag tester; webcam A/V sync and latency meter; webcam lighting and framing analyzer; Web MIDI keyboard latency tester; and gamepad and joystick drift tester.
Audio & Acoustic Testing Tools
This 3-tool set uses your device's audio hardware directly: speaker frequency sweep and resonance tester; decibel and SPL cross-domain calculator; and microphone quality, noise, and latency tester.
Math & Engineering Calculators
This 5-tool set for engineering and electronics work: resistor color code calculator; Ohm's Law and power calculator; general engineering unit converter; electrical unit converter; and aspect ratio and letterbox calculator.
Web Design Utilities & CSS Tools
This 3-tool set for front-end designers: WCAG contrast checker for AA and AAA compliance testing; color format converter supporting hex, RGB, and HSL; and CSS gradient builder.
