Supported Use Cases

The platform is optimized for six common recording scenarios:

File Format and Limitations

CleanVoice supports standard media formats. Audio uploads work with MP3, M4A, WAV, and AAC. Video uploads work with MP4, MOV, and WebM. Default file limits are 1 GB maximum size and 30 minutes maximum length for regular tasks. Administrators on enterprise plans can adjust these limits.

Pricing Rules

All new users get 10 free credits on sign up. Credits are consumed only after a valid processed output is verified, so failed tasks do not cost any credits. Audio processing uses 1 credit per rounded-up minute of runtime. Video processing uses 3 credits per rounded-up minute of runtime, with a minimum charge of 1 credit per video file. The 10 free credits cover up to 10 minutes of processed audio or approximately 3 minutes of processed video.

Storage Policy

Uploaded original files and finished processed results are only kept in the user's account Activity history following the platform's published storage policy. Media files selected before a user signs in are not uploaded to the service.
