Medium

The Medium plan costs $19 per month, or $15 per month when billed annually. It includes 1 seat (additional seats cost $9 per month), 100 documents, 100 active links, 15 GB of storage with a 50 MB maximum file size. It adds in-document comment and collaboration tools, verified email OTP gating, dynamic viewer watermarks, and white-label badge removal.

Large (VDR Plan)

The Large plan costs $49 per month, or $39 per month when billed annually. It includes 5 seats (additional seats cost $9 per month), unlimited documents and active links, 100 GB of storage with video file support. It adds virtual data rooms with folder tree organization, click-through NDA agreement gates, and support for custom branded domains such as docs.company.com.
